Why did the presence of the Nammamshah tribal structure continue to the founding date 1954 which is apparent through Eures-Nammamshah whereas important much-weighing structures in the ottoman era disappeared such as Hanansha? this important question, whose answer is related to the extent of the densification of French policies and their aftermaths in one hand and to keeping the Nammamshah tribe the nomadic style with all its different structures (political: quasi-independence and warlike-economic: pastoral style-sociological: tribal structure) which has maintained the existence of the tribe on the other hand, leads us to emphasize the continuity of the presence of the tribe through the stable tribal belongingness by means of a symbolic and identity capital embodied in nominal structure which has mentioned continuously-as a mechanism under a strategy and as a ritual-the belonging of the Lammushi to the tribe through the predominance of the reference of tribal identity dominating in the nominal and calling discourse.

this reference has acted as an essential identifier to naming the person to the point of anonymity, and has made the belongingness centralized to the group present continuously since the colonization to 1954.
