This paper tackles the trend towards international character for ethics code, by addressing the influence of international law on ethics code in general, and thereby highlight the influence of international law on medical ethics code in particular.

It is useful to address this topic to highlight the impact of international law on ethics code, especially the code of medical ethics, as a new fact that limits the state's uniqueness in setting the legal rules that govern its employees.
