Because subordination to them is interrupted by apostasy, because subordination to the father is only in a religion that he accepts, and apostasy is not a religion.

And if they are adults, puberty cuts off the dependence of the parents in the religion, so they have the rule of themselves, not the rule of their parents.

As for the one who carried it during the time of apostasy, he is condemned to Islam.

For the survival of the relationship of Islam in it.

The children of apostates who are judged by their Islam, if they are rational in religions and choose to follow their parents in apostasy, then they are not judged for apostasy, and they are forced to remain in Islam; Because it is to look at them, and there is no killing except after repenting and choosing apostasy after puberty.

A discerning boy is not valid for his independence of apostasy.

If a person who understands religions apostates, his apostasy is not valid, whether his Islam is original, such as the one who is condemned to depend on his parents or the home in Islam, or if Islam is temporary, such as the independence of a boy distinguished by Islam and his parents are unbelievers.

There is no consideration for the boy’s apostasy from Islam before he reaches puberty.

Rather, he remains ruled by Islam, and his case is examined after he reaches puberty, as the judge arrests him.
