L'ordre a été émis par le tribunal économique d’Ismaïlia de saisir le navire.

La recherche pose un problème principal représenté dans : Quelle est l'efficacité du système de saisie conservatoire sur le navire Evergevin pour garantir les droits de chacun du créancier saisissant, du débiteur saisi et des autres ? Le chercheur cherche à atteindre les objectifs suivants: Déclaration de la confidentialité de la saisie conservatoire du navire en Egypte et en France Mettre en évidence les règles de saisie conservatoire contenues dans la loi égyptienne sur le commerce maritime et la loi sur les procédures, et les comparer avec les dispositions de la loi française(la loi sur les transports ou dans la loi sur les procédures civiles pour l'exécution forcé) Commentant l'ordonnance de saisie conservatoire n° 26 de 2021, un économique, maritime, Ismailia délivré le 12/4/2021, signé sur le navire Evergevin, qui est ancré dans les lacs amers à Ismailia, et a refusé de faire appel contre elle.
