The scholars of the fundamentals, and the people of the language, were interested in the significance of the words and what they were placed for, and their oscillation between the reality of the language, the custom and the law, and its transfer from one place to another.

it was a customary fact about: the animal and the faeces, including what was a legal reality towards: prayer and zakat, and this is what is called the indication of use, and Sheikh al-Tusi spoke about these words or as he called them names in language, custom and Sharia, and the researcher devoted this research to talk about them and made on three demands, i was exposed in the first requirement: to the reality of words in the language, i.e.

the linguistic reality, and in the second requirement: to the reality of words in the custom, i.e.

the customary reality, and in the third requirement: to the reality of the words in the law, i.e.

the legal reality, with mentioning the applications on it in his book al-addah.
