This article tackles clarifying the nature of relationship between jurisprudence and Aristotelian logic.

it also proves the existence of the direct influence of the latter particularly on Maliki jurisprudence, and how it blends and enters the core of his research, a some of this science issues and terminologies and some other types of logical evidences have become among the most reliable scientific issues used in inference when discussing jurisprudential issues according to the Maliki scholars and the extent of their contribution to consolidating this relationship and supporting it with their opinions and ideas and then enriching the jurisprudential research with the logical ones that have become among the most important pillars on which it is relied upon in directing jurisprudential rulings.
