The role of innovative leadership in improving the efficiency of strategic ambidexterity : al-Aqsa university in Gaza strip-Palestine as a case study

Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of innovative leadership in increasing the efficiency of strategic ambidexterity as a case study of al-Aqsa university in Gaza strip-Palestine.

this study has been tested through the testing its hypotheses, answering the study questions.

the descriptive-analytical approach was used, as a questionnaire of decimal scale was targeted a simple random sample of 199 participants of the faculty members of al-Aqsa university.

the study concluded a set of results ; the most important one that innovative leadership is related to increasing the efficiency of strategic ambidexterity, and that there is a statistically significant effect of innovative leadership on strategic ambidexterity.

the study recommended to pay much attention to strategic ambidexterity through conducting a training programs and scholarships for faculty members at the university and stimulating innovative leadership and adopting innovative methods.
