Many researchers in the field of demography have been interested in Thomas Robert Malthusian theory about population between strongly opposed to the point of describing it as an infringement on humanity and a supporter so that it has been renewed in our time by the new Malthusians.

a scientific demographic denies what he presented and another in support, through this research paper we wanted to determine the rightness or wrongness of what Malthus put forward with regard to the population and the way it grows in exchange for the growth of food, which we translated by producing cereals by dropping most of his views on the demographic and production reality of cereals in Algeria since independence until the end year 2017.
