During his professionnel life, the worker is exposed to several occupational hazards that affect his health and abilities in part or in whole, and the social security authority has to take care of him in terms of providing in-kind payments that help him recover or stabilize his health status, and in terms of disbursing cash services make up for lost wages for the duration of the sick leave.

we conclused that, the law garantees special protection for the insured worker after his sick leave, through organic rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation and integration into his work position original or suitable work position.
