The importance of small and medium enterprises lies in their great role in achieving economic development.

this is what prompted the Algerian legislator and the authorities concerned in Algeria to seek to support, stimulate and modernize investment in the small and medium enterprise sector, so that small and medium enterprises can only be upgraded and modernized by creating the legislative framework according to which the state draws up its policy the trend of these institutions as the main axis of development, and Algeria has benefited from the development in this field through the development of legal texts that embody this bold step towards these institutions.
