تضمن القانون رقم 06-03 و المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 07-308 عدة واجبات يلتزم بها العون المتعاقد مع المؤسسات و الإدارات العمومية، و كل إخلال بها ينجر عنه متابعته تأديبيا، و ذلك لدعم مبدأ الانضباط حتى تستطيع الإدارة القيام بنشاطها تحقيقا للمصلحة العامة، كما تضمن هذين النصين مجموعة من الضوابط التي تلتزم الإدارة باحترامها في ذلك، و منها ما يسبق المتابعة التأديبية و منها ما هو مقرر أثناء عملية المتابعة.

06-03 and presidential decree No.
07-308 included several duties to which the contractor's assistance with public institutions and departments, and every violation of it is a disciplinary follow-up, in order to support the principle of discipline so that the administration can carry out its activities in order to achieve the public interest, and these two texts also included a group the controls that the administration is obligated to respect in this, including what precedes disciplinary follow-up, including what is prescribed during the follow-up process.
