It appears for the first time that the cyber standoff against hate speech and discrimination crimes is only a transient procedural emergency, which falls within the framework of legislative accompaniment of social changes.

The legislator stipulated, in Articles 07 to 09 of Law No.

20-05, the cyber nature, which is a general tendency that pushes the research into the causes, objectives and results that are in line with this matter.

Through this study, cyber standoff against hate speech and discrimination crimes is an inevitable, so the impact on society with all its components and institutions are those related to the cyber environment, which is the place of their commission and the means of proving them at the same time.
