Money is the main means of settling business transctions.

With the emergence of E-commerce, traditional payment methods are no longer valid in such transactions.

Leading to the emergence of modern payment methods in the electronic image in line with the nature of e-commerce.

In the face of the intesified use of online payments, the necessary protection for these operations had to be provided and confidence and security were instilled among their customers.

This protection is achieved only through technical mechanisms due to the nature of digital treatment, and legal ones that support the growth of e-commerce confurmed by the Algerian legislator throuth law No 15-04, which specifies the general rules on electronic signature and certification.
