Abstract EN

This study aims to reveal the role that contractors can play in supporting the national economy in the context of economic transformations, by contributing to the movement to establish economic institutions in different sectors according to the local development requirements of each region, so that contractors give real impetus to sustainable economic and social development as a productive sector of wealth and vital space.

this study found that, despite the state's efforts to encourage and facilitate contractors' entrepreneurship and the establishment of their enterprises through supporting structures, Algeria has not yet achieved the desired constraints, owing to several obstacles still identified by the contracting environment in the absence of a comprehensive long-term policy, taking into account every stage of the course of the contracting process.
