The article traces the place of fraternal bonds within the family, underlining the unconscious desires of hatred towards the brother or the sister, if they are denied and passed over in silence, their destinies will be seen in psychopathological clinical forms, resulting in fratricide.
thus, the fantasy becomes reality, leaving impossible mourning, dislocating the ties that had been woven in the family until then.
these manifestations will be illustrated by a clinical vignette, of a young teenager, finding himself faced with the fact of being partly responsible for the death of his elder brother, leading to a state of trauma, seeking a way out to overcome the inner evil that range, and finding illegal immigration as the only saving solution, preventing him from plunging into depression and suicide.
in the end as psychic care professionals, we advocated preventive outlets for gratitude to take place of unconscious destructive attacks.

L’article retrace la place des liens fraternelles au sein de la famille, soulignant les désirs inconscients de haine envers le frère ou la soeur, que s’ils sont déniés et passés sous silence, leurs destins se verront dans des tableaux clinique psychopathologiques, aboutissant au fratricide.
ainsi, le fantasme devient réalité, laissant des deuils impossibles, disloquant les liens jusque-là tissés dans la famille.
ces manifestations seront illustré par une vignette clinique, d’un jeune adolescent, se retrouvant devant le fait d’être responsable en partie de la mort de son frère aîné, ce qui le laisse sidéré, cherche une issue pour dépasser son mal intérieur qui le range, et trouve l’immigration clandestine comme seule solution salvatrice, l’empêchantde plonger dans la dépression et le suicide.
a la fin en tant queprofessionnel du soin psychique, nous avons préconisé des débouchés préventifs pour que la gratitude prenne place aux attaques destructrices inconscientes.
