Through this research, we have attempted to approach the concept of the father, referring to the different data that define it in its multiple dimensions, in particular the socio-anthropological and cultural dimensions, which have shown that it is an evolutionary concept and variable according to two time variables and space, in the sense that each culture has an approach to the concept of the father and in the same culture this concept will change in time.

we also wanted to show that Islam, through the Qur'anic text, abolished the process of separation between the father concept and that of the father, through the abolition of paternity father, in order to preserve the progeny and also to make the father / progenitor play his full role alongside his child.
