استهدفت الدراسة تحليل العلاقة بين مستوى ونمط الاستثمار وبين معالجة مشكلة البطالة في الاقتصاد الجزائري والذي يواجه تزايدا كميا ونوعيا في معدلات البطالة.
وقد بينت نتائج التحليل أن تفاقم ظاهرة البطالة يرجع في المقام الأول إلى عدم نجاح السياسة الاقتصادية بشكل عام والسياسة الاستثمارية بشكل خاص في تحقيق معدلات نمو قادرة على الرفع من معدلات التوظيف.
كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن معالجة مشكلة البطالة يتطلب مراجعة نمط التنمية السائدة حاليا من خلال التركيز على استراتيجية الاستثمار القادرة على توفير فرص.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the level and pattern of investment and to solve the problem of unemployment in the Algerian economy.
the results of the analysis have show that the aggravation of the unemployment phenomenon is mainly due to the failure of economic policy in general and investment policy in particular to achieve growth rates capable of raising employment rates.
the study also concluded that solving the problem of unemployment requires reviewing the pattern of development currently prevailing by adopting an investment strategy capable of providing a jobs.
