Abstract EN

The study aimed as a research attempt on the reality of the pedagogical accompaniment program at the university of Algiers 3 on a sample of newly hired professors and addressing the most important angles related to the impact of this program on the job performance of newly hired professors.

in order to enrich this study, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to new teachers who benefited from this training.

the results of this study indicated the positive impact of this program and the extent of its importance in developing the skills and knowledge of new teachers, especially in the field of e-learning.
