Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to determine the impact of using a multimedia-based program for the development of some the auditory and visual perception skills of kindergarten children at risk of learning difficulties in Assiut governorate.

the researcher used the quasi-experimental method, and the study sample consisted of (20) a boy and a girl from kindergarten children at risk of learning difficulties, they were divided into two groups the experimental group (10) children were exposed to a program for developing auditory and visual perception multimedia, and the control group (10) children were not exposed to the program, their ages ranged between (5-6) years.

a scale of electronic audio-visual perception skills was applied (prepared by the researcher), and a program based on multimedia for developing audio-visual perception (prepared by the researcher).

the results of the research concluded that the program was effective in improving the auditory and visual perception skills of these children, as there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean the scores of the children of the control group and the experimental group in the audio-visual perception scale after applying the program in favor of the experimental group.

the research also showed that there were no differences between males and females in the audio-visual perception scale.
