The research aims to study the distinctive creative features of the fractal style and to devise designs for women's clothing that draw inspiration from it and implement some of them in a draping on mannequin style; to keep pace with recent developments by blending modern technology using computer in fractal applications and between one of the creative arts of fashion design and draping it on mannequin, to enrich the field with new sources of artistic insights, in which fractal theory gives systems of infinite forms, it is a rich source of fashion design and draping on mannequin use the analytical descriptive curriculum with the application, and the research sample consisted of: number (15) of specialists in clothing and textile teaching staff to measure their acceptance of the proposed designs for women's clothing in the age group (30: 21 years) size (38: 42) and number (31) of women consumers to measure their acceptance of the designs implemented on mannequin inspired by the creative features of fractal which achieve the highest scores by specialists, and the number of innovations has been created (10) designs and drawing using adobe illustrator, coloring them with adobe Photoshop, analyzing them according to design elements and foundations and inspiration style, and tools included a questionnaire to measure specialists' views on the proposed designs, as well as a questionnaire to measure the views of women consumers on the draping on mannequin style designs, (4) draping style designs on mannequin, which achieved the highest results by specialists, consumer women's views were measured in the designs implemented on mannequin and the results of the study emerged by identifying the hallmarks of fractal, and the potential to draw inspiration from fractal in the creation of designs for women's clothing according to design elements and foundations and the implementation of some draping on mannequin according to haute couture techniques, has won the acceptance of the research sample in different ratios.
