Believing in the rights of people of determination from simple mental disabilities in society and in the vital role provided by integration institutions in facing the phenomenon of bullying and by following modern administrative policies and a modern vision to enable people of determination from simple mental disabilities.

the aim of the research is to study the role of the administrative policies of the integration institutions to confront the phenomenon of bullying and its reflection on enabling people of determination to have simple mental disabilities, explaining the differences in each of the administrative policies of the integration institutions to confront the phenomenon of bullying and enabling people of determination to have simple mental disabilities according to their place of residence, social status, courses, age and gender.

the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the research sample included 50 (workers in the administrative structure and teachers in inclusion classes), and the sample was chosen in a simple random way from the lists of workers and teachers in educational institutions, and (50) from parents of people of determination with simple mental disabilities, and the sample was chosen by purulent psoriasis, and the research was applied in the institutions of (modern renaissance in Shebin el-Kom, al-Salam Zuweir complex, Fatima al-Nabawi in Shanwan, martyr Abdul Salam Suwailam in al-Koum al-Akhdar, Sidi Abdel Moneim in Mit Khaqan), with 10 employees (5 workers in the administrative structure- 5 teachers in the integration classes), 10 parents matters of people of determination from simple mental disabilities for each institution in Menoufia governorate.

the research tools included a general data form for workers in the administrative structure, teachers in integration classes, parents of people of determination with simple mental disabilities, a questionnaire about the role of administrative policies to confront the phenomenon of bullying in its dimensions (planning policies, organizational policies, executive policies, evaluation policies), a questionnaire about empowering people of determination with disabilities the simple mentality in its dimensions (health and sports empowerment, educational rehabilitative empowerment, recreational social empowerment, self empowerment).

the data has been unloaded, classified and tabulated and appropriate statistical methods were used through the SPSS statistical program.

the results revealed there is a positive correlation between the role of administrative policies in confronting the phenomenon of bullying and empowering people of determination with simple mental disability, and that planning policies are the most influential variable in explaining the discrepancy in empowering people of determination with simple mental disability in its dimensions.
