: The ethics of scientific research is an important approach to achieve the quality of scientific research in our Arab world and throughout the whole world; Scientific research ethics are therefore a great responsibility not only for the researcher but also for the academic supervisor, scientific research institutions, and even scientific journals and periodicals.

in addition, the ethics that should be having of the scientific research arbitrators are defined.

Controlling any moral abomination in scientific research necessitates having deterrent steps; A unified official body must establish the ethical norms of scientific research and impose penalties for any breach of those norms and ethics.

One recommendation that may reduce the risk of abandoning scientific research ethics is that the subject of scientific research ethics should be taught as one of the main curricula at colleges and institutes.

Each research body must have a Scientific Research Ethics Committee, whose function is to follow up on scientific research and determine the appropriate penalty for cases that are contrary to scientific research ethics.

Publishing norms, standards, and ethical procedures (ethics of scientific researcher) in a title in journals may help the court with the rules and conditions of publishing so that it remains present in the minds of all researchers.
