The contract of the investment agency in the Islamic banks has become of great importance, as it's one way to inject cash money into them.

However, applying this contract in the faces a lot of challenges, the most dangerous of which happen when the holding companies start investing in the Islamic banks.

As a result, the research has encountered a problem while studying these challenges and trying to find legal solutions to them.

Therefore, the research attempts to answer these two inquires: - What are the challenges that the Islamic banks face when the holding companies invest in them? - Are there any proper legal solutions (according to the Islamic law) to them? To achieve this, the research follows the inductive and the analytical methods.

It has found out certain results, the most important of which are those that are followed by other companies.

It's found that the holding companies practice Al Eena purchase (a kind of purchase known in the Islamic law) with these companies.

They also practice the loan with the increase.

However, the Islamic banks faced these challenges by imposing regulations on the holding companies that invest their money there.

Some of these regulations are: - There should be a clear, true investment in the budget of the holding companies from the part of the followed companies- There must be a commitment from the part of the holding companies that this money won't be used to pay for the debts of the holding companies owed to the banks.
