The research aims to study incest at present for its serious effects and corruptions on the life of the individual and society, perhaps most notably is to spoiling affinity that Allah recommends to keep good with.

Al sunnah also urges to keep good with affinities not to spoil them, this can be achieved through giving examples of what has happened on the Egyptian street recently while clarifying the meaning of incest.

The most important corrupt consequence, while clarifying the most important types of prohibited degrees and the causes of such prohibition showing the punishment of incest of various kinds and the legitimate judgement thereon and then highlighting the most important factors that lead and help in committing incest at present.

The causes can be the weakness of religious consciousness and lack of permission before getting into the places of prohibited degrees, temptation of women and their appearance, Drugs, intoxicants, Internet, and pornographic sites.

Coronavirus pandemic is one of the most important factors that helps in this crime in recent days ", This chilling crime, which is rejected by religions, indicates the consequences of incest, the necessity of Idah, the establishment of Mahr if a woman hates, and then the provision of prevention to the family to avoid incest.
