And since the issues of returning the will were dispersed among the books, and the jurists were in detailing what they said about them between independent - which is the majority - and extensive; It sought help from God in discussing the most important issues of the beneficiary's response to the will, and limited it to the appointed beneficiary.

Because the jurists stipulated that if the beneficiary is not confined - such as the poor, the needy, and the students of knowledge - then the response of some of them does not prevent the disbursement of the will to others who meet the description, and therefore the response of the will was specific to the appointed beneficiary, which is what I will discuss in this research, and I ask God for success and repayment.
