Abstract AR
أجريت هذه الدراسة بمزرعة كلية الزراعة – جامعة أسيوط – مصر خلال موسمي 2019 و 2020 بهدف دراسة تأثير طرق الري المختلفة على نمو و إثمار أشجار الرمان المنفلوطي تحت ظروف محافظة أسيوط.
حيث اشتمل البحث على أربع طرق من الري السطحي وهي الري السطحي التقليدي و الري على المصاطب (سطحي مطور) و الري بنظام الحلقات و كذلك الري بالتنقيط.
و كان تصميم التجربة بنظام القطاعات كاملة العشوائية تحتوي على أربع معاملات وكل معاملة تحتوي على ثلاث مكررات و تتكون كل مكررة من أربع شجرات.
وقد تم تقدير بعض صفات النمو الخضري و مكونات المحصول و خصائص الثمار خلال سنتي الدراسة لتقدير تأثير معاملات الري على هذه الصفات.
ويمكن تلخيص نتائج الدراسة كالتالي
سبب الري بنظام المصاطب (ري مطور) أو الحلقات أو التنقيط زيادة معنوية في صفات النمو الخضري (طول الفرع – مساحة الورقة – الكلوروفيل الكلي – محتوي العناصر) مقارنة بالري العادي و كانت أعلي القراءات نتيجة الري المطور.
أدي الري المطور أو الحلقات أو التنقيط زيادة جوهرية في نسبة العقد و المحصول/شجرة مع نقص معنوي في نسبة الثمار المشققة أو المصابة بلسعة الشمس و بالتالي سبب زيادة في كمية الثمار الجيدة مقارنة بالري السطحي (العادي).
أوضحت النتائج تحسين واضح في صفات الثمار من حيث الوزن و نسبة الحب و محتواها من المواد الصلبة الذائبة الكلية و السكريات مع نقص الحموضة و التانينات نتيجة الري المطور.
تسبب الري بالتنقيط أو الري المطور (المصاطب) زيادة كفاءة استخدام الماء مقارنة بالري العادي.
و هذا يؤدي إلى قلة الاحتياج المائي للأشجار و يعالج مشكلة ندرة المياه و كذلك يمكن استخدام الري المطور بدلا عن الري بالتنقيط مما يقلل تكلفة الإنتاج و علاج بعض مشاكل الري بالتنقيط.
من هذه الدراسة ينصح باستخدام الري المطور (مصاطب) حيث يؤدي إلي زيادة كفاءة الماء المستخدم مع تحسين النمو الخضري و الحالة الغذائية للأشجار مما تسبب زيادة المحصول و تحسين خصائص الثمار و تقليل تكاليف الإنتاج.
Abstract EN
This investigation was conducted during two successive seasons of 2019 and 2020 on 36 years old trees of Manfalouty pomegranate cultivar cultivated in a clay loam soil at the experimental orchard of Faculty of Agriculture, Assiut University, Assiut Governorate, for studying the effect of four irrigation methods: flood surface (control), terraces, ring and drip irrigation on vegetative growth and fruiting, yield, fruit physical and chemical properties and water use efficiency (WUE).
The obtained results indicated that, use modified flood irrigation (terraces), ring or drip irrigation significantly increased shoot length, number of leaves per shoot and leaf area.
Using drip or modified irrigation recorded the highest water use efficiency (WUE).
It is clear from the current results the importance of irrigation via modified surface irrigation (terraces) which leads to improve the growth and nutritional status of trees, hence increase the packable yield.
In addition, such irrigation methods increase the water use efficiency and reduce the cost of production and avoid problems with drip irrigation.
