Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the intellectual framework of the learning organization, the intellectual framework for apprenticeships for vocational training centers (Ma'aden center), to identify the reality of the dimensions of the learning organization in vocational training centers and the obstacles of applying the approach of the learning organization, and to develop a proposed vision for the application of the dimensions of the learning organization in the training vocational centers (Assiut metal school).

the researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of the study, and designed a questionnaire that was administered on a sample of teachers at the metal center school.

the study reached the concept and dimensions of the learning organization, which were represented in : "continuous development and personal empowerment, a common collective vision, mental models, providing an appropriate environment for learning, linking the school with the external environment, and strategic leadership that supports learning", as well as the concept and conditions for admission to vocational training centers, and the obstacles of implementing the learning organization at the metal center school which were divided into internal and external obstacles.

the study also found that the domain "continuous development" came in first place in the metal center school, and the domains of "personal empowerment, a shared collective vision, mental models, and strategic leadership that support learning" came in second place, and the domain "linking the school to the external environment" came in sixth place, and the domain "providing an environment conducive to learning" is ranked seventh, and all dimensions are moderately achieved.

the study also found that there are obstacles that hinder the application of the dimensions of the learning organization.

the internal obstacles came in the first place, while the external obstacles came in the second one.
