Abstract EN

The study aims to investigate the administration of educational justice in university education in Egypt, and its relationship with societal conditions.

The philosophical analysis approach was followed to investigate: the concept of justice, the nature of education, educational justice and its features.

The descriptive approach has also been used: the nature of university education in Egypt, and societal changes between 1991 and 2021, The study has also used the critical curriculum to identify the goals of these societal changes and their implications for educational justice in university education, using the analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators.

The main findings include a weakness in he administration of educational justice in university education.

The most prominent indicators were: a.

The low moral virtues of most university students.

b.

Poor mental abilities and skills.

This is due to societal changes from the beginning of the 1990s to 2021- mainly the economic reform and structural adjustment policies on the World Bank's borrower agenda policies, which support market mechanisms and the private sector, and which have resulted in the welfare State's reversal of its social and political roles.

Thus, various causes have stood as challenges in the achievement of educational justice: a.

Weakness of social justice b.

The poor achievement of equal educational opportunities among all students enrolled in universities due to expanding the reach of private universities and programs for public universities.

c.

The decline of expenditure on university education.

d.

Uneven distribution of students, faculty members to theoretical and practical colleges.

Consequently, the State returning to its roles of social justice is one way of administering educational justice in university education.
