The aim of this research is to develop verbal communication skills of the fifth grade pupils at Intellectual Education Schools through a proposed program based on simulation and educational games.

and the results after applying the test and the graded scale proved the following: The average grades of the experimental group students increased far from the average scores of the control group afterwards, which proved the effectiveness of using a proposed program based on simulation and educational games and the development of verbal communication skills among the fifth primary stage pupils at intellectual education schools among the members of the experimental group.
