Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the actual reality of the performance of early childhood teachers in the light of the human capacity development program.

As one of the programs to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030, the Study aims to assign a list of the most necessary training needs.

The study used the descriptive analytical method, as well as the questionnaire, which was used as a data collection tool.

The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 101 childhood teachers.

The study found a set of findings: the participants of the study sample agree mostly on the reality of the performance The Program.

The results also revealed that the participants of the study sample show that there are always training needs, according to teachers' point of view.

In addition, the results show that the field of values and behaviors ranked first in terms of training needs, followed by the field of future skills, while the field of basic skills came in last.
