Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the organizational and educational bases for developing the professional skills of primary school teachers within the framework of distance education.

The main sample consisted of (201) teachers, and the research followed the descriptive analytical approach using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the possibilities it provides for obtaining the largest amount of information.

The primary stage within the framework of distance education is based on the following foundations (development in the field of specialization - the use of various information sources - the use of modern evaluation methods - effective communication - the use of information and communication technologies - adherence to professional ethics - the design of educational curricula according to distance learning, and that development is in The field of specialization must contain a link between the course of the times and what the student learns in the classroom, continuous change and modernization of the educational path, linking The school curriculum with life skills for students, integrating aspects and events outside the classroom and making them accessible to the student, providing advanced models for students, and that the use of different information sources should contain motivating students to use electronic resources, strengthening educational resources in modern ways, referring to the source of educational material, diversifying Visual and informational learning resources, and that the use of modern evaluation methods must include keeping pace with modern educational practices of evaluation, the use of evaluation methods appropriate to the educational stage, taking into account the time periods for evaluation, the use of electronic evaluation methods, the use of evaluation methods that take into account individual differences among students, and that effective communication It must contain a variety of sources of communication between students, colleagues and parents, the use of modern technology in remote communication.
