Islam is keen on the participation of women and men in public life, and to have a clear role in it through their assumption of leadership positions.

The Holy Qur’an spoke about some of the prophets and messengers’ approaches in calling for belief in Allah Almighty, including the prophet Solomon(peace be upon him) through Surah An-Naml, as one of the surahs of the Holy Qur’an, which dealt with this leadership aspect of women with the character of the Queen of Sheba.

The article in this regard seeks to elucidate aspects of inference on the role of women in leadership as Queen of Sheba, and then to reach the goals that this role includes in the Holy Qur’an.

The article focused in its approach on objective interpretation to show and derive lessons and lessons through elaborating and enhancing the participation of muslim women in developing all fields of life, and paying attention to community issues, especially political and leadership, including by assuming leadership positions to meet the challenges and achieve the needs and requirements of the times.
