Arabic Abstract

استهدفت الدراسة أثر تمكين المراة الريفية اقتصادي اً وأثر ذلك على الزراعة المستدامة: دراسة حالة محافظة إربد.

ولتحقيق الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة منهجية على أسلوب التحليل الوصفي حيث تم اختيار عينة تألفت من 211 امرا ة من مجتمع الدراسة ) 111 امراة( اللواتي تقدمن لأخذ قروض من مؤسسة الأقراض الزراعي.

ومن اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة : امتلكت عينة منطقة الدراسة من الخصائص الديموغرافية والاقتصادية ما مكنهن من تطبيق ممارسات الزراعة المستدامة في نشاطاتهن بمستوى متوسط وتحسين دخلهن تبعا لذلك، فهن بعمر نشط وبمستوى تعليمي مناسب لتطبيق هذه الممارسات، وهن أيضا بمستوى جيد من الخبرة في نشاطاتهن الزراعية، كما أن حجم أسرهن كبير وهن مالكات لحيا ا زتهن الزراعية تساعد في تبنيهن لهذه الممارسات.وأن العوامل التي شجعت على إنشاء العمل في منطقة الدراسة حسب صاحب العمل وفكرة المشروع والأسرة، كانت الرغبة في المساهمة في تحسين دخل الأسرة، زيادة دخل الأسرة ويساهم المشروع في تمكين المراة اقتصاديا على التوالي، وكانت ذات معدل مرتفع، وأن أكبر التحديات في المجتمع الريفي والصعوبات التي تواجه تمكين المراة الريفية هي نقص الدعم المالي.الدعم الاسري هو أكبر العوامل التي أدت الى نجاح المشاريع المعنية بتمكين المراة الريفية اقتصاديا.زيادة دخل الأسرة من المشروع هو الأثر الاقتصادي الذي حصل على معدل مرتفع ناتج عن دعم المراة الريفية من خلال مؤسسة الأقراض الزراعي.

وقد اوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع وتطبيق الخطط والبرامج الإرشادية التي تؤدي الى تمكين المراة الريفية اقتصاديا بشكله الصحيح وكذلك الى عقد دورات وورش تدريبة للمراة الريفية على المشاريع الزراعية ذات الطابع المستدام اون تمكين المراة الريفية )التي تعد أكبر شريحة بين نساء المجتمع الأردني( يؤدي الى تحقيق الزراعة المستدامة الذي بدوره يحقق التنمية المستدامة

English Abstract

The study aimed to empower rural women economically and its impact on sustainable agriculture: A case study of Irbid Governorate.

To achieve the objectives, the study relied on a methodology based on the descriptive analysis method, where a sample of 253 farmers (687 women) was selected from the study population.

Among the most important findings of the study: The sample of the study area possessed demographic and economic characteristics that enabled them to apply sustainable farming practices in their activities at an acceptable level and improve their income accordingly.

They are of active age and an appropriate educational level to apply these practices, and they are also a good level of experience in their activities The size of their families and the quality of their agricultural holdings help in their adoption of these practices.

And the factors that encouraged the establishment of work in the study area according to the employer and the idea of the project and the family, was the desire to contribute to improving family income, increasing family income and the project contributes to the economic empowerment of women respectively, and it was of a high rate, and that the biggest challenges in rural society and the difficulties facing the empowerment of rural women are the lack of financial support.

Family support is the biggest factor that led to the success of projects concerned with empowering rural women economically.

Increasing family income from the project is the economic impact that He received a high rate due to the support of rural women through the Agricultural Credit Corporation.

The study recommended the need to develop and implement indicative plans and programs that lead to the economic empowerment of rural women in the correct form, as well as to hold training courses and workshops for rural women on agricultural projects of a sustainable nature, and that empowering rural women (which is the largest segment among Jordanian women) leads to achieving development sustainable
