Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of intensity administrative among primary school principals in the State of Kuwait from principals’ perspective and the effect of variables (gender, years of experience).

A descriptive survey approach was used, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was developed, consisting of (27) items which were distributed on Four dimensions: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.

Its validity and reliability were verified, and the study sample consisted of (139) principals.The results of the study showed that the degree of intensity administration among primary school principals ‘perspective in the State of Kuwait came with a mean degree in all fields, and controlling came first, then The field of direction is in the second rank, then planning in the third rank, then the field of organization in the last rank.

The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample according to the variables of scientific qualification and gender in the field of intensity administrative, and the absence of statistically significant differences with the variable of experience within The field of intensity administrative, and in light of the results of the study, the study recommended the necessity of holding workshops and training for school principals to increase their awareness of the necessity of using modern scientific methods in management and avoiding traditional methods such intensity administrative.
