Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the Impact of Administrative Innovation towards the Competitive Advantage: through the elements of the learning organization as an intermediate variable in Kuwaiti Industrial Companies.

The current study applied the analytical descriptive approach.

A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection.

The sample of the current study consisted of (294) administrative worker in Kuwaiti Industrial companies, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program and (AMOS) program were used for data analysis, The results of the study revealed an moderate level of Administrative Innovation, Competitive Advantage, and elements of the learning organization in Kuwait Industrial companies.

The results of the study also showed the presence of a statistically significant effect of Administrative Innovation in towards the Competitive Advantage, as well as the presence of a statistically significant of Administrative Innovation towards the Competitive Advantage: through the elements of the learning organization as an intermediate variable.

In light of the results, the study recommended The need to enhance the application of the elements of the learning organization through the transfer, acquisition and sharing of knowledge between administrators and workers in Kuwaiti industrial companies, especially working to employ all material and human resources available to meet the requirements of the learning organization in it, the need to work on preparing clear and specific strategic plans to apply the elements of the learned organization in Kuwaiti Industrial Companies.
