Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المعايير الدولية لإدارة المشاريع على جودة المشاريع الإنشائية دراسة ميدانية على شركات المقاولات في الأرين).

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال تطوير استبانة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، طبقت على عينة عشوائية من المهندسين العاملين بشركات المقاولات في الأردن بلغ عددهم ( 309) مهندسا.

وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها فقد تم إستخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل بيانات الدراسة، واستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتطبيق معادلة الانحدارالمتعدد.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها أن درجة تطبيق المعايير الدولية لإدارة المشاريع جاعت متوسطة، وأن مستوى جودة المشاريع الانشائية جاء متوسطا، ووجود أثر لتطبيق المعايير الدولية لإدارة المشاريع طى مستوى جودة المشاريع الانشائية.

كما تقدمت هذه الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: تمسين درجة تطبيق المعايير الدولية لإدارة المشاريع في شركات المقاولات بالأرين، وتحسين إدارة الجودة الشاملة وإجراءات ضبط الجودة وضمانها في المشاريع الانشائية.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of international standards for project management on the quality of construction projects (a field study on contracting companies in Jordan).

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, by developing a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed.

It was applied to a random sample of engineers working in contracting companies in Jordan, which numbered (309).

in order to answer the study questions and test its hypotheses, the SPSS program was used to analyze the study data.

Extracting the arithmetic means and standard deviations, and applying the multiple regression equation.

The study reached many results, the most important of which is that the degree of application of international standards for project management was medium, and that the level of quality of construction projects was medium.

Existence of the impact of the application of international standards for project management on the level of quality of construction projects.

This study also made a number of recommendations, the most important of them are: Improving the degree of application of international standards for project management in contracting companies in Jordan, and improving total quality management and quality control and assurance procedures in construction projects.
