A lot of Muslim youth have recently-for one reason or another-immigrated to countries other than their own; to obtain their nationality, and they may not find a way to obtain the nationality of this country except by marrying a person who has the nationality of this country; therefore, this research was to unveil this subject, so he defined both marriage, and intent, then explained the extent of the effect of intent on the marriage contract, and explained the nature of nationality, and naturalization.

then he explained the ruling on the naturalization of a Muslim without his original nationality whether this nationality is for an Islamic country, or for a non-Islamic country, then he separated the ruling on images for marriage with the intention of obtaining nationality in Islamic jurisprudence, whether this marriage is on paper only with the intention of obtaining nationality, or with the intention of continuing this marriage after obtaining nationality, or with the intention not to continue it, or not intended to continue or not, with the views of the jurists in the details of these images presented with evidence, and the weighting of what the evidence suggests.
