This research aimed to know the effect of rotation and job empowerment on improving the performance of the employees who are the real wealth of the organization.

this research had many results, including that rotation and job empowerment are among the pioneering and modern methods of preparing and qualifying the workforce, especially as they help workers develop their professional competence and perform their job tasks.

the research recommended the need to work on good planning for the application of rotation and job empowerment so as not to lead to negative results, in addition to prepare workers for this by holding training courses.
