Arabic Abstract

أدي التطور الإنساني والحضاري إلى طرح قضايا الفئات الأكثر حاجة إلى الإحاطة بدرجة أكبر من الضمانات والرعاية في شتي الأوجه، ومن أهم تلك الفئات كبار السن، فهم أولو الحق في رد الجميل إليهم ورعايتهم، خاصة في ضوء اهتمام القيادة السياسية بالفئات الأكثر حاجة إلى الرعاية ومن أوجه الضمانات تحقيق إطار أو مظلة من الحماية الجنائية للمسنين وشمولهم على الجانب الآخر بقواعد إجرائية خاصة تتماشي مع المرحلة العمرية الخاصة بهم، سواء أثناء المحاكمات أو عند مرحلة التنفيذ العقابي.

English Abstract

The human and civilized development has led to raising the issues of the groups most in need of a greater degree of guarantees and care in various aspects, and among the most important of these groups are the elderly, as they have the right to return the favor to them and take care of them, especially in light of the political leadership’s interest in the groups most in need of care.

one of the aspects of the guarantees is to achieve a framework or umbrella of criminal protection for the elderly and to include them on the other side with special procedural rules in line with their age, whether during trials or at the stage of punitive implementation.
