Light is considered one of the factors that influences strongly in various fields of life, especially those related to the visual field, under which undergo the different kinds of the plastic art, as well as the light of natural and artificial light and reflections.

these reflections have aspects, techniques and treatments that negatively and positively affect the artwork especially wall photography.

in wall photography, it is possible to benefit from the elements of light-if used properly-in adding artistic, expressive, and symbolic beauties to the mural work.

the mural photographer can combine the functional and artistic role of light, in showing his mural works, within a contemporary framework that keeps pace with the technological developments that we float in.

these aspects grow continuously and rapidly, and we have to keep pace with them and interact with their data.

the artificial light, with its modern technologies, can provide the mural with fashionable soft solutions and more clear visual values through: - adding light effects that suggest depth, personification, and unity of composition.

- using light to confirm some symbolic and psychological connotations for the recipient.

- focusing on some of the most important elements from the artist's point of view.

- confirming the feel and polish of some wall materials, which add richness and beauty to the artwork.

in this research, some models of wall painting are studied locally and globally, through which it becomes clear to what extent some artistic and soft data fail to express themselves, as a result of their reliance on natural light only, or misuse and lack of understanding of the possibilities of artificial light used as an element within the elements of design, or its use in producing artwork.

this is in addition to other models that succeeded in using artificial light as a plastic element or employing it successfully in producing artwork.
