تتمحور فكرة هذا البحث حول الإعلام القانوني و دوره في ظل المجتمعات القديمة، و ذلك من خلال تناول تعريفه، و دوره في تطور القواعد القانونية، و أثره في نشر القانون و مواجهة ظاهرة التجهيل القانوني، و وسائله في ذلك.
Abstract EN
The study tackles the legal media and its role in the old societies through discussing the definition of the legal media, role of the legal media in developing the legal rule, effects of the legal media in spreading the law and facing the phenomenon of ignorance of the law.
it also discusses means of the legal media in order to overcome the mentioned phenomenon and to spread the law.
