The study aimed to identify the reality of providing the requirements for spreading the culture of blended education in primary schools in the state of Kuwait, in order to present a proposed scenario to provide the requirements for spreading the culture of blended education in primary schools in the state of Kuwait.

a statement regarding the reality of the school principal’s practice of spreading the culture of blended education and the requirements of spreading the culture of blended education in primary schools in the state of Kuwait.

the study sample consisted of (327) principals, assistant principals, teachers, specialists and administrators in primary schools in the Jahra region, the results of the field study showed that the most necessary requirements for spreading the culture of blended education in primary education schools in the state of Kuwait from the point of view of the sample members are: spreading the culture of blended education among all teachers and school staff, the teacher’s knowledge of the skills necessary to use and employ the media and tools of e-learning and traditional education, and management.

consciousness of the integration between them, the provision of rapid and continuous communication and guidance between the teacher and the learner, the encouragement of self-learning and cooperative work, and the identification of the roles played by the students.
