The learning disabilities variable is one of the new variables in the educational field, but it has witnessed rapid growth in recent times, due to many factors, the most important of which is the learning outcomes of a group of learners whose achievement abilities and general abilities varied.

many theorists in the field of learning disabilities have made significant contributions, such as dolphin (1950), which clarified the propositions of Straus & Werner (1992) that workers in the field of learning difficulties desperately needed to understand these propositions.

this research comes as an attempt to present the concept of learning difficulties and the theories that explain them.
