The current research aims to identify the personal strengths of the educational counselors, and the research is determined by the educational guides of the Ministry of Education in all governorates of Iraq, and the research sample was chosen by the random class method, the number of individuals in the research sample (400) educational guide and educational guide, then the data was analyzed using the statistical bag of social sciences In data processing (SPSS) and the results showed the following that educational counselors have the strengths of personality, according to the results of the current research, some recommendations and proposals were presented.
