Health institutions have given, recently, a great interest to the improvement of its services.

Therefore, most hospitals are striving to provide a high quality of health services in order to meet the needs of patients and gain their satisfaction.

The present research paper is devoted to highlight the main requirements that help to achieve high quality of health services throught revealing the dimensions and the most important factors affecting these services, and some aspects of their evaluation.

Accordingly, this work concluded that the quality of health services depends on the patient's perceptions and expectations.

That is to say, whenever health institutions can meet the patient's requirements according to their aspirations, the quality of the health service has been achieved
