” It shows the importance of knowing a moral and economic evil that causes great harm in society.

We will mention, God willing, from the verses and hadiths that show that bribery is a major sin.

This sin is a major sin, as we have clarified the position of the Egyptian Penal Code, especially Article (103) and Article (107) bis, and the punishment they stipulate for a public official who asks a gift for himself or for others to perform a business, as well as the penalty for the briber and the mediator.
