This research dealt with the rule of endowment over the media field and its role in achieving the purposes of the Sharia.

It included introducing the media endowment and clarifying the need to develop the endowments, the importance of Islamic media and the expected role of the endowment in promoting it.

It then addressed the most important forms of the media endowment and its legal foundation.

It focused on the need to stop creating purely Islamic media, developing media human resources and ensuring those in charge of the media, then dealt with the media and the Muslim's dealing with means in which the right and the wrong have been mixed or supported by participation.
