After investment, it is one of the most important factors through which change occurs in the Egyptian economic structure the role of investments in increasing national income, which is reflected in increased saving can be overlooked, therefore, economic policies must be directed to increasing the volume of total investments in general and agricultural investments in particular, so that the Egyptian agricultural sector can achieving the highest possible productivity of the products of this sector.

therefore, the study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the role of agricultural investment in Egypt by studying the relative importance of agricultural investment and agricultural output in relation to the Egyptian economic structure during the period (2020/2019-2006/2005) through the percentage of agricultural output and agricultural investments contribution to the total domestic product and measuring the efficiency of agricultural investments.

the results of the study confirmed that the value of total and agricultural investments increases annually, with a statistically confirmed increase of 458.6 and 28.1 billion pounds, and the value of the total and agricultural increases annually, with a statistically confirmed increase of 342.2 and 38.3 billion pounds during the study period, and the total agricultural output contributed in the total total product by about 11.6 percent, while total agricultural investments contributed to the total total output by about 0.6 percent during the average study period, and the investment rate was 0.05, i.e.
