The study aimed to know the current state of the area and productivity of the rice crop in Eastern province, and to identify the economic and social characteristics of farmers members of the water users' associations for the rice crop in Eastern province, and to estimate the structure of costs and revenues and estimate indicators of economic efficiency of the use of irrigation water for rice crop, data were obtained from different sources, and to achieve the objectives of the study was relied on two types of data, namely secondary data and preliminary data, where secondary data were obtained from official bodies such as the ministry of agriculture, the ministry of water resources and irrigation and its directorates, the central authority for public mobilization, whether the data are published or not, while the preliminary data were obtained through the field survey of a sample of farmers members of the associations of irrigation water users in Eastern province, and from the results of the research showed the difference of total revenue according to the location of the land along the courses of rice farmers in the field study sample, and that the productive and economic efficiency of the farmers in the middle of the water water higher than at the beginning and end of the watering, where it was shown that farmers are overuse of the field study sample.
