In spite of the isolation of the Arabs, and their dwelling in desolate deserts, this did not prevent Islam from reaching them, and their endeavors to learn its rulings, and its agreement with it, and all of this is from God Almighty’s success for them, where the Prophet said: “Whoever desires God with good will understand it.” In religion, where they had various questions for the Prophet in the discussion of the origins of religion and its major rulings, such as monotheism, and the principles of acts of worship and related matters, and about jurisprudential investigations that relate to their environment that they ask the Messenger about, in order to know the provisions of religion, such as personal and other conditions , Which confirms that they have an important role in the time of Islamic legislation, so their questions were not for the sake of arguments and controversy, but rather their purpose was to use and work with them, and the nature of the research required that it be divided into two topics and a conclusion: As for the first topic, I summarized the definition of the vocabulary of the title, and mentioned in the second topic: Jurisprudential rulings related to the questions of parsing in personal status in the six books, and then developed a list of sources and references from which this research was drawn.
